Meet Laura Severson.
Laura has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. She quantifies her connection to Yoga with her passion for dance, stating: “It makes sense I fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga since the sequences flow like a dance routine.”
When she committed to a weekly Yoga practice, she began to see how it benefited her mind and body. According to Laura, the physical results of her practice have then strengthened her body both physically, and mentally.
Laura uses the art of Yoga as a tool to teach both herself, and others how to remain calme in stressful situations.
